Biography
Do Xuan Phu received the B.S and M.S degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Ho Chi Minh city University of Technology (BKU), Vietnam, in 2005 and 2008 respectively. He received the Ph.D degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Inha University, South of Korea, in 2015. He was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Singapore University of Technology and Design-MIT from 2015 to 2016. Dr. Phu joined the Department of Mechatronics and Sensor Systems Technology at Vietnamese-German University, Vietnam, in 2017. He is also a lecturer of Hochshule Karlsruhe - University of Applied Science, Germany. His research areas include intelligent control, mechanism and actuators, smart materials and structures for robotics, medical robotics and devices.
