Abstract: 
This thesis aims to study the perception of Employer Brands and how to attract Gen Z candidates in Vietnam under the influence of Employer Branding activities. From then on, provide companies with important insights and recommendations on increasing perceived attractiveness and competitiveness of young talent and keeping them engaged in the recruitment and eventual onboarding process.The main theoretical basis of this thesis is based on the theory of Employer Branding. These theories are aggregated into an integrated conceptual framework to better represent the relationship between Employer Branding, job seeker characteristics, and employer development
