Authors: Nguyen Ly Bao Nghi
Keywords: Empowerment;Job satisfaction;Fresh graduates
Issue Date: 2019
Publisher: Vietnamese-German University
Abstract:
In recent years, employee empowerment becomes more and more popular in all organizations. It is associated with providing a solution to bureaucratic workplaces. In this study, I will provide an overview of the relationship between empowerment and job satisfaction. Taking fresh graduates as an example, I want to examine the concept of younger employee empowerment and its effect on their level of job satisfaction. The study was carried out by using a survey method. The target participant is students who have just graduated from universities and colleges or ones who have less than 1-year working experience. The results reveal a positive correlation between effective employee empowerment and job satisfaction.
