The goal of the thesis is to enhance the quality control of incoming materials by applying data analytics in the semiconductor industry. The research will include a comprehensive introduction, literature review on big data analytics and material quality controls, and a detailed methodology covering current state analysis and data collection. The ultimate aim is to provide insights into how big data can optimize quality control in the supply chain. |
