Through KPI-based benchmarking against the EU Circular Economy Monitoring Framework and global best practices, the study evaluates Vietnam's performance across eight indicators in the Return–Make–Use cycle. It identifies specific challenges for small and medium enterprises and proposes a locally adaptable framework considering environmental, social, and economic impacts. Findings highlight issues in technological readiness, waste management, and financial access, leading to the development of a contextualized framework focused on waste management, resource efficiency, and product lifecycle extension. The thesis offers a step-by-step implementation roadmap for data collection, policy alignment, skill development, and investment mobilization, enabling Vietnam's textile industry to achieve international compliance and gain long-term competitive advantages. |
