Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), particularly small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), often encounter challenges in meeting international standards due to limited resources and fragmented supply chains. This thesis aims to develop a comprehensive traceability framework tailored for textile industry OEMs to enhance transparency, sustainability, and ethical practices. The proposed framework incorporates practical solutions and key performance indicators (KPIs), including financial support, information technology infrastructure, policy assistance, and technology training. The study provides actionable recommendations to support effective implementation and addresses key challenges faced by practitioners. In addition, future research directions are suggested to promote continuous innovation and enable potential application of the framework in other manufacturing industries. |
