Thus, parking has become a major issue, leading to traffic congestion, environmental pollution, and wasted time for drivers in urban areas. In this context, cloud-based parking solutions have emerged as a suitable approach to optimize and improve parking services, offering benefits such as scalability, flexibility, and realtime analysis. This master thesis aims to develop cloud-based parking solution which able to integrate both existent and new parking areas. The proposed solution will combine Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) model to design and illustrate a business process of the cloud-based parking solution. This thesis also discusses and introduces a suitable database management tool, and a database design that how data is organized within a relational database |
