Authors: Huynh Trong Khang
Keywords: Accounting industry;AI technology trends
Issue Date: 2024
Abstract:
The focus of this thesis is to examine how artificial intelligence (AI) has revolutionized the accounting trade and the new roles that the future accountant will need to master. Due to automation in regular tasks performed by AI tools to optimize data processing, accountants will have the opportunity to develop their abilities in different roles within the position they are working in. The current study looks into the existing AI systems in accounting, the future prospects, the major issues like security, and ethical concerns and stresses the need to incorporate an AI learning interface for a new generation of accounting students. Finally, this research highlights the importance of applying AI as a tool to improve the accounting profession and not a threat
