Abstract: 
In today’s data-driven economy, transforming data into actionable analytics is the most effective way to increase efficiency, quality, and productivity. Manufacturing processes have become increasingly complex due to rising demand. This thesis explores the importance of big data analytics in reducing product cycle time and improving production efficiency. By analyzing real-time data from an industrial blades company, the research aims to prove the significance of data in optimizing production processes, setting KPIs, and reducing waste. The findings highlight how big data analytics can enhance decision-making and streamline manufacturing operations.
