| dc.description.abstract | Decentralized swarm robotics is an emerging field of research since it can support in many other fields such as searching and rescue, logistic and warehouse automation. While improvements in hardware have improved the performance of robotic systems, decentralized decision-making, security, and trust remain critical topics. Blockchain technology, a fast growing field of study since the birth of Bitcoin, offers potential advancements in these fields by providing enhanced security and consensus mechanisms. Additionally, Ethereum's smart contracts demonstrate promise in facilitating decentralized decision-making, particularly in task allocation, management, and validation. This project aims to integrate blockchain and smart contracts into a decentralized swarm of robots to support goods movement in warehouses, exploring the capability of smart contracts as a commander in a decentralized robot system | en_US |
