The primary objective is to create a commercially-viable solution that ensures trustless interactions by leveraging blockchain technology and smart contracts. By utilizing Solidity for contract logic and the Hardhat framework for blockchain deployment, this platform allows employers to post jobs, freelancers to apply, and both parties to interact without relying on a central authority. A unique conflict resolution mechanism is implemented, enabling community-based voting to resolve disputes between employers and freelancers. This zero-trust solution minimizes the risks associated with centralized control, ensuring transparency, security, and fairness. The user interface is developed using React, with the Shadcn library for design components, providing a seamless experience for platform users.
