Recent global transformations, initiated by events like the COVID-19 pandemic and rapid technological advancements, have reshaped societal norms and economic landscapes. These changes underscore the need to comprehensively understand the factors influencing FWB to develop effective strategies for enhancing financial health among populations. TheCOVID 19 pandemic profoundly disrupted economies worldwide, triggering widespread job losses, remote work transitions, and shifts in consumer behavior.this thesis aims to explore the predictive capabilities of machine learning models in forecasting FWB within Romania. By examining the interplay of socioeconomic factors, financial behaviors, and institutional frameworks, the study seeks to illuminate pathways towards enhancing FWB and fostering economic resilience. This research fills a critical gap in understanding how digital transformations, economic policies, and societal changes shape individuals' financial health, providing insights essential for informed policy-making and intervention strategies. In conclusion, the study underscores the complexity of FWB in the face of global and local economic shifts, emphasizing the need for comprehensive research and targeted interventions to promote financial stability and well-being across diverse populations |
