Title: Experimental study on OMOP data structure pattern and sequelize ORM for medical web application development
Authors: Nguyen Hoang Quan
Keywords: OMOP data structure;Sequelize ORM;Medical web
Issue Date: 2022
Publisher: Vietnamese-German University
Abstract:
Nowadays, organizations across domains are willing to record customer interactions with their products in order to identify trends, patterns, or anything else that will provide insight into their services and allow them to make proper decisions that will promote them to success and improve their overall performance. Data visualization allows one to analyze data and gain deep insights, then make rapid and efficient decisions since visuals are far easier for people to understand than raw data. This thesis will mainly focus on building data visualization for healthcare web applications. The visual data is constructed using regular web technologies. For front-end development, it uses Angular. For back-end development, Node-js with Sequelize ORM is used. Data is built based on OMOP data structure pattern and stored in the object-relational database system-PostgreSQL After nine weeks of work on this bachelor thesis, the visual data is completed and ready for deployment. Everything works properly according to the user's previously defined expectations
