Abstract: 
In this thesis, I apply two new methods – VarNet and Extreme Learning Machine – based on deep neural networks and feedforward neural networks to approximate partial differential equation solutions. The experiments are carried out using these latest approaches to solve partial differential equations and results obtained are compared, which shows the feasibility and superiority of the methods in question.
