Issue Date: | 2018 | Publisher: | Vietnamese-German University | Abstract: | The purpose of this thesis is dealing with applying the term of decentralized application to the crowdfunding campaign. Since the money donated for the campaign is unambiguously spent by the authority of the campaign and the donators are deceived into thinking that the money is well-spent, we decide to use the smart contract and apply decentralized methodology to eliminate risks which cause by its later approach. With smart contract, the address of who received the money are visible to the donators and so the authority of the campaign can’t take the money for his/her own. Also by relying on blockchain to store data, decentralized application is guard against intruders who intends to manipulate the data and when the application is decentralized, no one owns it and manipulates the application for selfbenefit. Therefore, the application is more secured than the centralized one and the donators will give more trust to use it. In this paper, we will show how we apply decentralization methodology with Ethereum block chains to eliminate threats and enhance trust between parties. |
