Abstract: 
The purpose of the project is to develop an accurate and automatic method to calibrate the force of AP without impact to quality and productivity. It will also help to reduce many manual steps. The student is expected to study on how the machine works, how the handler provide force to actuation pan, understand the amplifier function which connects with load cell, how to connect and communicate the amplifier with the computer so that the user or operator can manage the computer, write a program to allow user to calibrate the force, and make sure it is accurate to not impact to any aspect of product’s quality.
