System model is very useful for development of the system or monitor the system quality and control the system. In this thesis, the system is a reactor, which controls water at a desired temperature, it has two stages, heating and cooling. System identification method is applied into the system and identified two model for each stage of the system. Following the four basic steps of system identification process, a linear model is identified for heating stage and a non-linear model is identified for cooling stage. With the model of the system, a fuzzy controller is built to maximize the efficiency of the system while maintaining its requirement. |
