To make the effective in the enterprise, it should be to increase the satisfaction among employees. This study examines the relationship of five core job dimension on job satisfaction using Hackman and Oldham’s Job Characteristics Model as the primary theoretical framework. This research surveyed employees within the medium size State owned enterprise in Vietnam, Tan Son Nhat international airport (TIA). The data was collected via paper survey with 251 participants. The results of this research indicated that there was a positive relationship between three core job dimensions, Task identity, Feedback and Autonomy on job satisfaction in TIA organization. Feedback was shown to have the greatest relation to job satisfaction. These findings are to highlight in the opportunity conduct additional inquisition to gain greater experiment in the field of employee job design. Overall, this study provides the understanding of job characteristics in TIA organization and their relation to job satisfaction through the Job Diagnostic Survey instrument. |
