dc.description.abstractSince the Internet has become a pervasive mean for transmitting and sharing information and knowledge throughout the world. Internet and intranet technologies offer tremendous opportunities to bring learning into the mainstream of business. E-Learning outlines how to develop an organization-wide learning strategy based on cutting-edge technologies and explains the dramatic strategic, organizational, and technology issues involved. Nowadays by the new of information and communication technologies (ICT) have had the huge impact on the world economy, corporate management and globalization trends. The education community has not limited itself to the role of passive actor in this unfolding story, but it has been at the forefront of most of the changes. In Vietnam, the first e-learning program (ELP) has been deployed for 11 years (in 1993). With the short history of applying e-learning programs, new growing and young entrepreneurs is not sustainable, the growth and the influence of ELP is not much in mind of learners and recruiters. The poor of quality management and ICT system are reasons of this master. Hence, author would like to do research on learner factors, faculty factors, system factors and course factors for the purpose of improving e-learning model as well as e-learning quality. Author hopes that the results of this research will contribute to improve ELPs in Vietnamese educational companies, in HCMC.en_US
