This research focuses mainly on investigating millennial talent management in technology startup companies in Vietnam because the Vietnamese market’s technological and digital application development are increasing quickly (Salasuo and Poikolainen, 2016). For factors impacting on millennial talent management, five main factors are investigated, those are, training & development, organizational culture, working environment, job flexibility and leadership. There are many similar researches recognizing the five main factors as contributors of effective talent management. For example, Rani and Kumar (2014) indicate that training & development, organizational culture, working environment, job flexibility and leadership are five main factors deciding the effectiveness of talent management because talented people will become loyal with companies that offer relevant training & development, good organizational culture, positive working environment, high job flexibility and effective leadership. Parry and Urwin (2011), Pyoria and Ojala (2016) and Zabel et al. (2016) also agree with the viewpoints of Rani and Kumar (2014). On the other hands, this research also investigates the impacts of millennial talent management on job satisfaction of millennial in technology start-up companies from the perspective of Vietnam.en_US
