Abstract: 
Purpose: With huge number of enterprises in the recent time, may cause of the competition in labor market is very strictly in many aspects, especially in the talent-hunting. And in order to achieve the best business result, the enterprises must have the most attractive ways, create interesting benefits aim to attract more talents to work for, because the human resources are the most valuable asset of every enterprise. But, how to make employees accept to work, willing to cooperate, and happy to stay long with employer? Therefore, this research will explore the expectation of employees as well as the perspective of local SMEs. Based on these answers, the research will point out the benefits, drawbacks and solutions when apply benefit scheme for their
enterprise.
Research Method: Qualitative and quantitative method is applied in this research. On the employer‟s side, in-depth interview will be taken to get their opinion. On the employee's side, a questionnaire with many questions will be listed out for them to answer.
