Although quality problem is unvalued-added task it is very crucial for all industries in reality from mass production to service. It may cost a lot of money to do correction in the case of happening defects. Therefore, quality assurance job is very important to stop failures during production process. The person who’s in-charge to the task needs to know deeply concepts of defect analysis, improving prevention process as well as quality management tools. Normally, it takes quality engineer one or two years to equip enough knowledge in practical factory environment. Additionally there are many manufacturing games on the market, which educates the ideas of how to effectively organize production line (Value stream mapping) or pull system (lean game)…, do not relate much to quality term. These games did not create enough awareness of quality assurance for relevant worker. Because of above aspects, the game for quality must be studied to train quality engineer in one of the most effective ways in very short time and fulfill marketing requirement. In this research, such beneficial game will be developed and evaluated.en_US
