They vary in shape, hardness, expense, etc…, which results in many different applications. Every year, tons of cutting tools and inserts are used. However, the percentage of them recycled is unknown. By communicating and networking among companies, this master thesis is to give a comprehensive map of cutting tools uses, specifically in the South of Vietnam. From that, most of the problems will be reviewed so that some solutions can be proposed to optimize the efficiency of using the cutting tools. This could save a lot of money for the companies as well as the customers. |
