In recent years, considerable progress has been made with regard to different ways and means used in logistics and computer science, such as transformation of the logistic management into a fundamentally enlarged and global supply-chain-management. Within this scope, the characteristics and their feasible values of the integrated valueadded partners in a supply-chain has to be focused on the objectives and general business conditions and business requirements. The objective of this thesis is, to develop a typology of companies, being involved in a supply-chain as a supplier of another partner in the supply-chain. This balanced with the objectives and general business conditions and business requirements, discussed in the literature and being deployed in practice.en_US
