The case study of Target Corporation, regarding garment industry was analyzed as part of this thesis to give a clear example how a global company doing with Vietnamese company. In order to do that, such following sub-objectives must be achieved. Firstly, identify the challenges of global production and what challenges affect the quality of the product. Second, review and understand theories on global production management and total quality management system. Next, strategies, processes or solutions to overcome challenges and ensure quality is proposed and evaluated based on literature review. And finally, qualification for local employees will be clarified. |
