Derived from the current situation and the need to improve packaging in Emsa, this thesis is carried out not only to tackle the damage product issue due to packaging but also to find the solution for balancing the quality improvement with efficiency cost and using material friendly to the environment. The thesis aims to apply PDCA methods and quality control and management tools to reduce cost and the ratio defects in the packing process for heavily fragile products. The thesis also studies and applies eco-friendly, recycled material and new packaging method for quality improvement and cost efficiency. The works then are documented to be considered as a reference in packing solution at Emsa company. |
