dc.description.abstractE-commerce and omnichannel are the main trends and future developing directions in retrailing industry today. In applying these models, retailers could provide good customer experieces which could create long-term value with customers. In Vietnam, retailer are still operation with traditional models but the total retailing market value is still very large. By analyzing strories and models in the world and within the country, this thesis could show the possibility and the potential of applying E-commerce and Omnichannel for Vietnamese retailers.en_US
