| dc.description.abstract | This paper aim to measure the efficiency of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Banks after M&A event from 2009 to 2015. Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is used on calculate efficiency of 24 banks. The analysis based on calculated result and other fact-bases reasoning. The final result confirm that bank efficiency increases after M&A events. However, some improvements are note from corebanking activities but form the second financial company which bear more risks. Hence, the paper suggest that there should have M&A pricing entity and supervise on financial companies. | en_US |
