Moreover, concentration, banks size, loans loss provision, net interest margin, GDP growth rate and inflation rate are compiled to complete this model, which is suggested and inspired by Fu et al. (2014)3. The main results indicate that the competition has significant positive relationship with insolvency risk, which mean it has negative correlation with stability of banking system in Vietnam. The finding also shows that most fragile period of banking market occurred in 2006, the year with many potentials for growing economy and being the year before the crisis 2008-2009 happen. In addition, both concentration and banks size have positive effect upon the improvement of the banking market’s stability. The last element to provide significant result was GDP growth rate, encouraging the stable of banking market in Vietnam |
