Abstract: 
To meet the described objectives, the thesis will be structured as the following:
Firstly, the introduction provides the readers with general information regarding introduction of Privatization, the rationale behind engaging Privatization and Etymology of Privatization. This will also consist of the classification of Privatization and the difference amongst them. The next section will give a clear view on the impact of Privatization through the scope of Macro economy and Micro economy, as well as the loss and benefit of privatizing. Third, there will be a case study of Privatization which is applied to Viet Nam. This will present the ideas of privatizing state-owned companies with the dissection of two companies before and after being listed on Stock exchange. Finally, conclusion and solution will be demonstrated.
