dc.description.abstractThe legal framework for corporate governance in Vietnam has undergone many changes. This paper provides a general discussion on the historical development of Vietnamese corporate governance and its existing legal framework. It also examines the challenges and problems associated with the Corporate governance regime. The paper highlights that more effort has to be made to improve the corporate governance in Vietnam, thus can enhance the sustainable economic growth of the country.en_US
