Abstract: 
The purpose of this project is to construct the basic simulation model of an electric vehicle with controllable speed and design a protection system for it. This protection system is the combination of many types of relays with very short processing time By using it, the damages will be minimized to the lowest possible level. The simulation will be done by using Matlab Simulink program.
