dc.description.abstractNI PCI 6281 is a data acquisition device, produced by NI. The equipment is intended to acquire data from MEMS microphone (DUT) that is placed in Clamshell PCB V3.0 which is designed by the SONION MEMS A/S Company. The device stores an anechoic chamber inside which is necessary to be the neutral point where the hardware send sine signal to DUT, after that it acquire the waveform data from the DUT to analyze. The Clamshell and AUDIO Test-Setup VER 2.0 which is created from the same place as the clamshell, play a main role as an interface between the MEMS microphone and the hardware of NI. LabVIEW, which is also software of NI is a virtual environment for engineers to write a program that controls the hardware. From there, we can calculate parameters such as sensitivity, frequency response and SNR of the DUT. The major objective of this study is to build a LabVIEW program for the above purposes. There is a LabVIEW program of the SONION MEMS A/S Company, which has more functions, but non-operational, is an extremely valuable resource of data. The targets of the thesis are divided into sub-targets and then algorithms is designed for them will be implemented in a small program to debug. After all, they are placed in the main program as complete version. Lastly, LabVIEW program is a very powerful virtual instrument that is not only allowed us to write a program with current intentions, but also more advance applications if it is requested so. The measurement result is quite close to expectations.en_US
