Nowadays, the designing process is more important than ever. Designers are always looking for faster and more efficient way to deliver high-quality products. However, design doesn't scale easily and efficiency doesn't emerge from thin air. A company has a big-size of employees when working on a product, there will be many new ideas of color palettes, typography, and pattern that come up. That lead to the increasing of entropy in style and the product will be full of chaos. Design system is one of the solutions to stop the growth of the chaos. Doppler UI Kit is a design system developed by me with some in-depth researches on Web UI components. Doppler UI include the collection of reusable components, guided by clear standards, that can be assembled together to build any number of applications. Using Atomic Design methodology and well-defined rules for all components, Doppler UI will bring benefits to not only users but also to the team that builds the product. This thesis summarizes a research and progress of development the Doppler UI. We also study about Bootstrap, the most famous web technology framework and then build the Web UI around it. |
