Using AI in the recruitment process can save time and cost, select the best suited person, standardize the process, and improve both the candidate’s and the recruiter’s experience. Generative AI can provide personalized communication and reduce boring tasks for both parties. The paper also presents a use case of leveraging Generative AI in the recruitment process, using Microsoft as an example of a cloud provider that supports this use case. The use case reviews the recruitment process and its key performance indicators (KPIs), then suggests implementation approaches that could improve the current process to receive better KPIs. The research does not focus on how the existing Generative models were built but how to apply fine-tuning, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Prompt Engineering to resolve some common business cases in the recruitment process. |
