Vietnamese Street often has heavy traffic jams especially in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. In 2019, HCMC has installed a coordinated signal system at 200 intersections to observe the flow and capacity of traffic. Depending on the big data that is collected from the signal system, the city expects to develop analytical tools to support the formulation and evaluation of the traffic flow in the central area of HCMC. The fundamental of this expectation is counting the number of vehicles that are running on the street / stop at the traffic light, so the expert can based on those numbers to verify and alternate the traffic signal.en_US
