A sizable number of people have been infected with the virus as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic's extensive distribution throughout Vietnam. Individuals who are still infected with SARS-CoV-2 can get a physical checkup with their doctors. Simultaneously, those who have recovered from the infection, may continue to see doctors because of a variety of Post-COVID symptoms. Consequently, doctors must spend time diagnosing each patient, which consumes a long time and may be inaccurate because patients may not recall all symptoms while they are waiting to see their doctors. Hence, this application will have the potential to address these drawbacks mentioned above. This thesis presents a system allowing patients to report symptoms daily and the doctor in charge of tracking the patient. This web application, in particular, applies React to manage the frontend layer of the system. The backend , on the other hand, is using Node.js with ElephantSQL for database management. This thesis report will include every technological aspect of the project as well as other information.en_US
