Multiple parties are complicating today's agricultural traceability while consumer behaviors are changed to food safety and transparency brand. Traceability systems must work together to maximize item flow and information sharing. However, many value chain segments are limited by regulatory-mandated manual activities and other impediments. Manual data input and paper documents are often needed to comply with customs requirements. This makes product and shipping tracking difficult. Many manual and offline executions without sharing may cause common duplications and mistakes. Blockchain and IoT technologies can discover and fix waste and inefficiencies and fulfill today's fast-changing market and consumer needs for trustworthy agricultural product information. Logistics stakeholders track, monitor, and observe items, activities, and processes across networks and nodes using IoT and Blockchain for operational excellence. Blockchain and IoT automate warehousing, manufacturing, and transportation. These technologies simplify commercial and cross-organizational interaction. The thesis designs an architecture that emphasizes valuable features in product information storage and query in the agricultural product supply chain, based on Blockchain adoption in supply chain management and increasing information availability to generate more automated and error-free information.en_US
