dc.description.abstractStructure of the Thesis: The thesis consists of 4 main parts: Part 1: introduces the purpose of the study: an investigation of corporate sustainability in direct sales business Part 2: systematizes the concepts of sustainability, sustainable business practice (including CSR, CTR), stakeholders, and their concept of sustainability. Common challenges of sustainable business. The literature review will proceed to summarize previous research on this topic. Part 3: An overview of the formation and development of the direct selling industry: survey and evaluation of an operating model in the direct selling industry in Vietnam Part4: an review of the conclusion and the future outlook Overall description: along with offering a thorough system of definitions, statements, and valuable contributions regarding sustainability studies, the thesis reveals reviews of stakeholder perspectives from earlier studies on corporate sustainability with an ethical foundation. This paper reveals antecedents regarding work climates when it was born, the change of those theories over time, and their links to corporate sustainability. It also verifies contributions that prior studies have completed, and gaps that they leave in their research scopes and objective. In general, the "Stakeholder theories" chapter goes deeper into the terms of “ stakeholders” and their responsibilities in enterprises. Corporate sustainability, and its work climates ( ethical dimensions), are the prime objectives of the “ Sustainability definition: moral tenets in sustainability” chapter. Then, a literature review recording previous relevant representative case studies to provide an overview of human partners' discussion on corporate sustainability. Its selected base is consistent in research objectives, and subjects, in parallel with the creditable sources and databases, timelines, study locations considered, and also the authors' seniority and status. Through the results are aggregated and considered to form the hypothesis for re- verification and idea exploration in this research.en_US
