Title: Design and implementation of digital dojo concept for training in factory

Abstract: 
The thesis investigated the improvement, transformation and implementation of the original Dojo
from a simple training center into an advanced and up to date one. The process involves planning
for training topics, changing the layout, arrange the interior. In addition, risks during the project will
also presented as well as the solution to it. Due to being a new topic to not only Schaeffler Vietnam but Schaeffler Corporation as a whole, hence, the definitive result for both Digital Dojo and VR Training could not be presented at the time of writing this thesis. Nonetheless, the expected result and the latest achievements will be shown as an alternative. Please be noted that due to Schaeffler regulations, some statistics, images might be altered, censored, recreated or not included to prevent information leaking. Nonetheless, neither the essence of the data nor the goal of the thesis will be changed
