| dc.description.abstract | CNC-based machines have been covering many applications in large-scale industrial enterprises. These machines, together with control systems, improve efficiency robustly. Simultaneously, smaller businesses such as hobbyists, semi-professionals, or even students wanted solutions for small-scale and portable CNC machines for their own purpose. This paper discusses the process of designing and developing a 3-axis CNC milling machine that is controlled by a personal computer and meets requirements for a small-scale and wide range of milling abilities. The machine is constructed on a vertical axis with a close-frame structure. | en_US |
