To get this result, a survey was conducted with the company's employees. Thereby, understanding the company's current process along with its strengths and weaknesses. The survey also discovered that their current solution to these problems is to use Google Sheet to manage the entire product handling process. The solution, while showing aspects of product and category management, does not meet large data scale, security issues or constraints in the data entry process. The product-based job management system developed in this topic was initially valued by the company as a potential system that meets the company's needs and is planning to develop more. |
