The purpose of this paper is to acquire a deeper knowledge of the modernist pace of digital nomads living in Vietnam and to scrutinize the growing segment of the expatriating workforce. The renovation of digital technologies is undoubtedly altering many prospects of life. Amidst all, the transformation of business models and diversification of cultural facets is believed to be the fundamental elements contributing to the growth of the digital nomads community. Hence, a comprehensive analysis of operational standards in the globalized world, the impact of digitalization and societal lifestyle will be profoundly examined in this paper. The theoretical frameworks are, respectively, conducted in an inductive manner to provide an overview understanding of this complex theme of nomadic ethos. Additionally, a qualitative interview with selected interviewees will be executed as an attempt to collect primary data regarding this topic. |
