In this study, a new design of variable stiffness mechanism based on magnetorheological elastomer is proposed. The variation of magnetic from the permanent magnet is formulated as main input for the proposed mechanism. Principle of the magnetic through the permanent magnet is applied for the design. The applied force for the mechanism is also find based on relation of vibration and the magnetic field of permanent magnet. In addition, the arrangement of MR elastomer blocks is suggested to find optimized shape for improve performance of the mechanism. The results of simulation show that the control of magnetic field with new calculation can improve and remain the stable of mechanism under severe vibration. This is also open a new direction for design of sensor in the future.en_US
