Abstract: 
The project aims to redesign the basic standard lean workstation design which is currently applied in many big manufacturing factories in Vietnam to turn into a new model that is automated, flexible, easy to build, at an acceptable cost and most importantly meets the requirement of Sustainability in Lean Manufacturing. The goal of this thesis consists of a workstation concept design that meets all the requirements above and a prototype based on the concept. During testing, the workstation shows the ability to be functional at all the required tasks smoothly and stably
