| dc.description.abstract | For decades, recruitment process has been one of the most significant human resources decision that strongly influence firms’ environment. Including not only promoting existed staffs but also hiring new people, recruiting strategy must be taken seriously with a clear understanding of the related element, specifically the way people view their interview stage. In this research, I aim to give an overview of the connection between the behaviors of applicants while reviewing their interview online and the national characteristics of the interviewees, which I believe is the main reason influencing their reviews. By taking secondary date from an online-review site, I want to examine how interviewees rated their interview’s experience and how the place where they were born can influence their perception. The study is conducted by summarizing and analyzing 125 reviews about PwC’s interview found on Glassdoor (a well-known site) to find similar patterns and the cause of those patterns. The results reveal a positive correlation between cultural characteristics and interviewee’s online review behaviors. | en_US |
