To assess those aims’ fulfilment of the specific higher education institution, it needs to set up rigorous and comprehensive standards, mainly through “accreditation”. “Accreditation” is a procedure by which accreditation agencies assess the training quality of a higher education institution or a particular academic program so that they could officially satisfy specified requirements or standards. To satisfy all criteria required by an accreditation agency, an institution must experience a long process for preparing and developing their curriculum, faculties and other aspects. There are a lot of documents and processes for curriculum development, but these materials just mentioned stages or provided guidelines in high level and general. Therefore, providing business process as reference model for curriculum development in accordance with accreditation can help educational institution shorten their time and efforts in studying and preparing for being accredited. |
