Eng. Le Duy Can at the Automation Laboratory of VGU. The main objectives of this project can be divided in 3 quests. First, find a method to develop a smooth motion for a servo motor. Then build a robot arm which has its servo motor moves smoothly. The second duty is design the gripper of the robot arm so it can be attached with a force sensor, then each time the robot arm grabs an object, its microcontroller can measure a grip force. The most important objective is modification or the potentiometer inside a servo. to change the local feedback of a servo to a big feedback closed loop between the servo and the microcontroller. After that, a kind of artificial intelligence can be developed with some image processing, with a camera, the micrecontroller can detect an object and command the robot arm to grab it. |
