dc.description.abstract | This research proposes a speech-based solution to ensure that the items on safety checklist are read audibly so that the operating team are aware of these questions and have appropriate actions relating to the checks. To be precise, an application uses an offline Vietnamese speech recognition system, which is also referenced as Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), for recognizing and converting spoken words or sentences of the operating team to text. Thus, an application use Fuzzy Comparison for comparing the inferenced text with each checks to identify the read questions throughout the surgery.
