Title: | Data analytical characteristics in stress, anxiety and depression level | Authors: | Tran Van Hung | Keywords: | Data analytics;Mental health;Characteristics | Issue Date: | 2023 | Abstract: | This thesis explores the relationship between character strengths and levels of stress, anxiety, and depression, using data analytics to drive insights. Employing the VIA-120 questionnaire, the study examined 24 distinct character traits, and corresponding mental health parameters were derived using the DASS-21 questionnaire. Advanced data analytics techniques play a crucial role in uncovering that individuals exhibiting high levels of curiosity, zest, perseverance, love, hope, spirituality, and gratitude were less prone to mental health issues, particularly depression. This knowledge not only adds to the existing literature but also offers actionable insights for personal development strategies and mental health interventions. Despite these valuable findings, the study acknowledges the limitations concerning the variability of context in data collection and the need for more diversified data analytics techniques. In future research, it is recommended to broaden the range of data collected, take a multi-dimensional approach that considers various factors impacting mental health issues, and integrate advanced analytical tools. |
